Pilar brings extensive experience in the real estate industry not only because she is an agent but because she worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank former Washington Mutual savings bank for over 12 years where part of her management position, she was responsible for a highly scored retail branch in Sunny Isles Beach, Fl.

As part of her management role, she was responsible for processing and reviewing mortgage loans from origination to closing while maintaining high customer service ratings for her and her staff.

This marked the beginning of Pilar’s passion for real estate. She is fluent in Spanish, English and speaks Italian.  She has been an independent property manager since 2012 mainly for foreign absentee owners while performing her agent duties.
